As an educator based in Mission Viejo, California, with over 21 years of experience in teaching and 8 years in administration, my focus has always been on curriculum and instruction, student achievement, and creating meaningful learning experiences that last.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for educational excellence and continuous improvement. I’ve had the privilege of leading strategic initiatives that boost academic performance, strengthen teacher development, and foster student engagement. I truly believe that strong leadership and a clear vision can transform schools—and I strive to bring that mindset to every role I take on.

In addition to my work in schools, I actively serve with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) as a Visiting Committee Chair and Team Member. I’ve participated in 18 visits, supporting schools in navigating the accreditation process and aligning their practices with long-term goals for success.
